People hate themselves when their self-respect weakened markedly. Condemn themselves because of their behavior, because of the mistakes that were made and because of its inability to make decisions. When we weaken confidence, self-hatred down us even lower.

Become your own best friend. Imagine that you come out of your body and to stand beside him. Now look. Can you say something that will act comforting? What would you say to your best friend? Talk to themselves as you would talk to your best friend.
